Ok I got a program that suppose to display chinese character. I can see chinese characters if i change system locale(unicode) to chinese(PRC) and restart machine. But after system locale, some other program that suppose to work, does not work anymore. So now i have to keep changing system locale for these program all to work, and cant run both type at the same time.

Are there any solution to solve my problem ?
I am looking for like some program that prompt me what program to start and with what unicode. I remember got such program but i cant remember what is the name and so i cant find back it anymore. With something like that i can create a shortcut that start other program with specified unicode, without changing system locale.

Thanks.

Yup, using it now, handy for no need to change locale system wide and keep restarting
