From what I have read(somewhere), it seems that this is called hime-cut or 'princess-cut' if you would like to call (without the dye, of course)
However, it seems that the hair needs high-maintenance for those without natural straight hair (If you have a natural straight hair, i guess it is ok..) I love this haircut style too.
