I think this one belong to Tengku Fakhry ex Tengku Temenggung Kelantan and also ex Monohara's husband.
Not as what some of you claimed that the owner is Tengku Faris, actually Tengku Faris is the Sultan Muhammad V himself.
Previous name before became Sultan of Kelantan was Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra, his majesty got two younger bros
Tengku Muhammad Faiz and Tengku Muhammad Fakhry.
