I went there just now and I was told by the guard I cannot enter because "they dont simply allow people to go in unless they have business/contacted  the upstairs people". He gave me the business card of the sales manager, I called the office and the receptionist said I can only enter if I were a member of the media or had made arrangements with the sales department.
