Got the chance to appreciated all the R' related things.
First one is the 10k kevlar,race-inspired Recaro seat. Not the best feel if you talk about comfort but the bolstering are really good & the position is not really adjustable but the seat position itself is well aligned & for track attack, its all worth it.
The interior is changed from normal animal skin leather wrapped to alcantra all around. There is small changes that is hard to notice if you not familiar yourself with normal NSX.
First, the stitching is all brand new, with bigger & clear stitching pattern. The door now didnt have lock mechanism to lock the both driver & passenger door.I guess this would make the door itself going on few kg of diet.
Oh yeah,so the driver side rear boot opening & door light. That would make the door loss a few kg(lol)
The swithgear on the driver side also are all brand new.The finishing trim on window slide control is painted with aluminium colour & even more surface glossiness & there is the coin holder that trimmed on dry carbon, embedded with the swithgear control column.
The tacho instruments is all brand new with many of the important engine/car-related parameter is deleted(the instruments column for all the thing like SRS,EBD,EPS & ABS is all gone, being tinted with black colour to sort that things out in style.)
The engine cover also are lightweight grilled mesh & the rear window are made from lexan. The engine now has 3.2l with bigger throttle body,& red cylinder head & plenum cover.
The very good thing that I like about the cockpit that the Momo sports steering is now even smaller in diametre to allow even greater handling feels,& the handbrake has new handgrip shape & few inch smaller than the normal one.Good to play around with corner is my guess for that.
The sculpted gear knob has really good weighted feels & throw.Typical Honda testament for its race-inspired product.Oh god I want that feels on my car!
