i paid $350 + 100 for the deposit ( transponder ) yup.. i need to shift gear myself.. another method is to slow down the car or apply early brake before enter corner and resume throttle during corner.. but this one, i sure loose couple of second.

the best time is 3:16:606 ( heat 2 ) heat 1 was so not good..
this is the 1st Persona Elegance to set lap records in SIC. now ur guys turn to show what our persona can do

they put us ( 1 persona & 1 forte ) in a lancer cvt 2.0 open. but turns out with more than we bargain for.

yeah... i think becuz i register thru lancer gt club.. thats why they put us in..

if they put us in the open FR category, i think we get tapau big time la as those 4g93, mivec convert, vtec that is not racing in vtec category and all those mod car.. this category better lah..



PE manage to set lap time faster than 1 forte and 5 lancers... including 1 2.4 total of 16 car on this category.. ( heat 2 )


on heat 1, managed to get the 3:31:412. still faster than 1 lancer.

target for that day ( persona & forte ) is to beat at least 1 lancer.. but suprisingly, we get more than we bargained on heat 2

as for the car condition after the race. its not bad as we think it will be... but suprisingly

normal wear & tear on tire, sidewall but bunga still cantik. my rear break pad is habis already becuz now everytime i hit the brake, the screeching sound came out loud.. i saja dun wan to change the rear pad as i want to finish it at sepang.

a lesson that i learn in sepang, its not about the car power ( even thou its helps ) its more on the driving skill, to know when to apply break, when to do hard brake, when to do 50% braking, when to do moderate braking, when to half throttle, when to floored the pedal, when to lift off the pedal, when to do hard turn, ect ect ect..

i noticed, those lancer that we tapaued. have a wider corner taking, but run like hell in straight line. we overtake during the corner, and i now really believe the words " lotus ride and handling"

oh yeah.. ABS work hard on the track. i think if we dont have ABS, sure spin.

my skill is so-so only.. but my partner is awesome! i learn a lot from him.
mostly use D, but sometime shift to 3..

i still have a lot to learn and i mean way lot....
the gb can stand track day, those non believer wud say not.

a lot of thing that i initially think persona not able to do.. but its proven can be done.
