QUOTE(flawless_333 @ Dec 21 2011, 07:44 PM) need help guys, can anyone try to set this picture as your lockscreen wallpaper..i get tones of lines (like screen problem) instead of "real/full black"....but if i set as wallpaper, everything is ok, no lines or problem (black is black)... *in my screen test > black is black, normal wallpaper black is black, but problem when set to locksreen wallpaper ya having this problem as well. i think mayb this is a stock firmware problem unless we flash to other custom rom. guys i m thinking to get a pdair or zenus case for note but it seems like they are using the magnetic mechanism which is bad for note as mention by some of the xda members is it real? I found this in Galaxy Note manual ' Do not use carrying cases or accessories with magnetic closures or allow your device to come in contact with magnetic fields for extended periods of time. QUOTE(kkkw80 @ Dec 31 2011, 02:10 PM) What's wrong with.magnetic clasp? I am using another case with same clasp no problem also Galaxy Note manual ' Do not use carrying cases or accessories with magnetic closures or allow your device to come in contact with magnetic fields for extended periods of time. ' Page 180 http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=47661602http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1372112 Added on December 31, 2011, 3:40 pmQUOTE(kkkw80 @ Dec 31 2011, 03:33 PM) Found this statement in another forum and I believe it is more logical to believe that a small tiny magnet in cover clasp can't cause any damage to ya phone: Magnets do not damage phones, period. End of story. I have seen many many posts on this. There have been electrical and mechanical engineerswho have chimed in on this topic. There have been heated discussions around the iPhone's compass being damaged by magnets. Bottom line is magnets do zero damage. This is based on inputs from cellphone designers, engineers, scientists, input on hundreds of posts and blogs. Sadly this voodoo magic discussion never seems to end. Move on. the magnet use in the case is not strong enough to damage the phone but it may slightly affect the accuracy of the s pen, as well as the built in gyroscope and compass.
