Hey, everybody..
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note yesterday...

I was so excited, but then the excitement were short lived...

I transferred a 4 Gb movie 1080p into my phone but then it always hang and crashes..
Well, then I tried other smaller movies, still crashes..

Does anyone else face this kind of problem??

Well, its a very terrible problem as for me...
If anyone else can help me, I would appreciate it...

I bought an original Samsung Galaxy Note...

I had bought this phone as at first I thought the 1.4Ghz processor would be much more superior to the Samsung Galaxy S2 19100 model..

Indeed, not much difference..

My question is that when I immediately bought the Note, I put in a 4.2 Gb 720p AC3 mkv blue ray video...
No doubt that the playback is wonderful..
But then when you try to fastforward, the Note just crash..
It hangs and then I have to press the home button..
I was not satisfied and I keep on trying and trying for 6 more times..
In all times it still crashes the stock video player...

Does anybody else face this problem?

I'd say you are pushing the Note over its limit - a 4.2 GB mkv video file ??? It is amazing that you can still play it

Really??
My S2 also can play 1080p blue ray movies..
I have no complains about the playback, it's buttery smooth..

Only the fast forwarding part is a problem..
But what I noticed, not sure whether it's the processors limitations or the hardware's limitations..
Anything below 4Gb can fast forward even though its 1080p blue ray...

But above 4Gb, it seems to be unable to fast forward...
The same story goes with the Galaxy S2..

I am now waiting for the S3, hopefully Samsung will do something about it..
