why my galaxy note ram status alwayz goes to 700+ even clear memory still go to 600+ even unistall many apps?need advice and help!!!

guys.. need advice here..

i want to backup things from my Note, especially the apps.. i wanna use titanium backup.. my Note is still using stock ROM, un-rooted. is it possible to backup apps from un-rooted device? i mean, backup the whole apps, so that i can restore back into another device without having to redownload from Market. does it need root access to perform this?.. and, can i use titanium backup (free version) to perform the backup, or do i need to buy the pro version?

i bought from above..i din try the OEM battery this time.. but i did try on my older phone before..compare to its price, is worth i can say....it can be used but not so lasting..last time i got a few to change, so i dun really care.. and still can last like morning to afternoon.... but problem is i duno how safe it can be and how long it can last.. dun wan risk my note this time.. and last time when i ordered 3 pcs of OEM battery, 1 of them was dead when arrive.. cannot charge cannot on..  but since it not expensive, just have to throw away ..

i also using the desktop charger but the charging take ages.. if i need to go out, so scare leave it charging at home like that..

Guys, does app like Task Killer really work effectively on the Note? I get to kill all the apps but in just a few second, some of the apps re-appear again making killing all the background apps seems obsolete. Your opinions?

My pics are on my internal memory.. I already bought a memory card, but havent transferred my photos to sd card..
Already removed all my sd, sim from phone. I insert my battery, automatically reboot, and reboot..

last nite, my battery was 40% before i go to sleep....woke up in the morning, suddenly it gave me notification to charge it...no application running on background, wifi , 3g, gps, everything is off, is it becoz i install sygic....

I have a question here. let say i want to port my current Hotlink prepaid number to Umobile PREPAID, it is possible? So I still can retain my old number right via MNP?

so after porting over, my number still remain EXACTLY the same as my old one? eg: 012-xxxxxxx before porting, after porting still 012-xxxxxxx ?

One more thing, SMS if send to old number still able to reach new telco after porting? no extra charges like forwarding over new telco right?
I prefer prepaid at this moment as i dont wanna tie to any contract.

Scare always open the back covet of note to change batt, the grip or the clip of the back cover will broken or loosen.
