I did not request for the upgrade of my data plan....duno " NO extra charge " can blif o not lol

any Maxis user here with data plan?did u receive tis?is its a trap like few months later gona pay ?><

im on 2.3.6 now...if i flash back to 2.3.5 by mobile odin,will all my file(apps and games) gone?coz im not rooted now and not able to use titanium back up...thanks..
