Anyone experienced to upgrade from rm44 to rm66?
The problem is the customer just applied streamyx rm44 3 months ago. Does she allow to upgrade? Is it posible for her to upgrade under the terms and conditions?(must 12 months above) My friend has called to TM. She just want to know the experiences form you all. Thanks for replying. |

yes,,, if not mistaken .. she can upgrade and the kontract still the same since she applied for streamyx

the contract tat u sign is u cant change ur plan within 12months...

yap, it can upgrade, they will make the changes next month and ur next bill also will come at rm 66, but u can't downgrade only.. hehe. last time i work at clickers also a lot of ppl upgrade.

u can upgrade but no downgrade for at least 6 months if im not mistaken

u can always upgrade at any time...if u today actiavate..tomolo upgrade oso can..
but for downgrade..must after the contract periods... |

After contract finish. Do they charge for any downgrade. From RM 88 to RM 66.
