I don't see the purpose of this. The windows license is same for 32-bit and 64-bit, you don't have to pay any more than you already did. Whatever hack is this, this will not be useful for 64-bit apps which can truely use more than 2GB per instance. For example, heavy photoshop and video editing, will certainly make use of the extra RAM and shows significant performance improvement.
All this does is to fill up the rest of the memory with more 32-bit apps...
Installing Windows 7 is pretty painless. Just get it done with.
