Hi All, just wanna ask if anyone could confirm what are these Tsel_RP100k means charged on my dad's billing as the story goes below in the quote.

QUOTE
My dad phone iP3GS was pickpocketed in a pack LRT Serdang on 9 Dec recently. The coach is crowded.
My current suspect is Indon abused the sim to extra charged this on my dad's maxis bill? Now it starting to make me feel hatred towards them, i didn't meant to be racist or whatever. Just wanting some quick answer if anyone knows about these in Maxis Statement.

TSel stand for TelkomSel - local telco Indonesia
Hard to tell what service that had been used to..
Looks like it's worth 100,000RP per transaction..
Maybe credit sharing or money sending..

That's abusing, I forgot to mention Phone was stolen in Cram KTM Serdang I think.
I believe they knew somebody to do the credit transfer or whatsoever.

If next time phone confirmed missing in public area, fast use friend same telco to call CS and barred the number so that they can't use your line to call international or whatever they one to.

Terminating that sim card requires 2 hours according to maxis staff(my dad says so).
He was alone at that time, and he was intending to head down to KL sentral.

He had lodged a police report and file a report at Maxis Taman Segar.

QUOTE
My father demanded Maxis to trace to number which transferred and the Maxis Staff(Taman Segar Outlet) says They can't trace the number.
Isn't this sucked that ur telco is not responsible and not willing to do stuff even u filed a complain?

Still, my dad insisted to trace the buggers which he suspected its a syndicate activity.

By right, they should have it logged in their data center. If it wasn't logged, how did they managed to generate a e-billing?
