Today bump into Avenue D'Vogue -Luxury Designer Suites at PJ, opposite Jaya33. The developer said this is a leasehold 99 years "SOHO". Selling about RM600 after discount (promotion until 31/12/2011). After that will be about RM800. This one is the 'extension' of CentreStage - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1798701/+40

Any input and comment on this Avenue D'Vogue? For me, the location is pretty good. Just that, I wish this is a freehold. And the price a pretty expensive.

Centrestage is higher because of the main road frontage, and mixed development. Whereas D'Vogue is more to design and lifestyle, thats why its called designer suites and there's a boat on the top of the building with sky pool.

thanks for the update. but, both are designer suites. what is the difference of designer suites with SOHO, SOFO... these units can be converted to office?

from forum, section 13 will undergo major redevelopment. Are these two projects will attract high rental demand in future?

I've a unit that hasn't sign S&P but I wanna let go.
366sqf, fully furnished, estimate completion in 2015. Less than 400K after discount.
