it is because the google has stop the OTA .

you need to update manually if u want to by getting the update file from xdadeveloper.

1day on battery life .

2hr display time . 2hr wifi time.

i still have left 15%

3g data enable always on .

i m on aosp+ with icup speedy7 kernel.

satisfy with it . biggrin.gif

it is normal issue ,
just flash the clockworkmod recovery if you want , but you need to unlock the bootloader which will erase all the data in the phone and sd storage.
