
I'm a novice in this. Just started lifting few months ago.
Some stats:
Age: 18
Weight: 54kg
Height: 165cm
Current goals:
- continuous lean bulking
- continously get stronger all around, make improvements to the big three (squat, deadlift, and bench)
- keep getting bigger
Current training: Mark Rippetoe's "Starting Strength"
Current supplements: <NONE>
Diet:
Morning
1 bowl of oats
4 toasted wholemeal breads + peanut butter
1 large glass of milk
Afternoon
Eat home cooked food (large quantity) (usually rice+chicken/fish+veges)
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
Evening
2 toasted wholemeal breads + peanut butter
2 bananas
Post-workout
1 large glass of milk + oats
2 bananas
Eat home cooked food (again second time)
Night before sleep
Oats
1 cup of milk
