Scenario :

Just make it short, my friend told me that this shop provide hair-cut service at RM35 which is affordable for me since my hair is so easy to handle, so I don't want to spend too much on those high end saloon. This shop as far as I know is also a chain hair-cut shop which available at several area in Klang Valley. So their reputation are pretty amaze me and I decided to make my first step.

When I entering the shop, a lady approach me and ask
Her : What can I help you?
Me : I wanna cut my hair
Her : Do you want to wash your hair first?
Me : Erm, no need as I just washed yesterday (with a nice smile)
Her : Are you sure you don't want to wash as your hair looks messy. (WEIRD)
*I am wondering, hair looks messy and hair cleanliness is it related ?
*So I insist to reject the hair wash offer and walk in for hair cut service

Since I did not request who to cut so she is the one who handle my hair. Normally my hair are easy to handle, I just want to cut short for both side of my head at approx 1mm of thickness then the middle area will remain long in order for my to set some style on it. Not so difficult for the hairstylist to handle.

The show begin when she take out the machine and start to "shave" my head, she ONLY use 3 GO to cut 1 side of my head and she considered done. WTF, my head looks like a dumb as she not even re-cut the part that miss up AND she consider that as OK? So both side she do within 1-2minutes then that's it.

Early in the morning, I don't wish to scold people so I talk politely with her
Me : Can you cut it here as I see got a bit not organize
*She didn't reply me in any words but her black face already reply me

Ok, I bear with that since I just want my hair to get done without any damages, she continue with my request but still doing it in very unprofessional way

After about 5 minutes, she thinks she settle my head already, so she took the mirror for me, ask me about my back-head, is it ok to cut like that. I observe and see, then I say "ok" So she say Thank you and walk away.

Do you guys feels weird about this? She not even blow my hair with hair dryer to blow up all unnecessary hair in my head and she say THANK YOU and walk away?WTF~~~ I still need to ask the hairstylist who stand beside me to lend the hair dryer from him and blow it MYSELF!!!!!!
*Besides, She not even ask me whether I need to apply any gel or not? DAMN IT!!

At the END, I finally realize the output and I know why they treat customer like this. When I pay to the counter, I didn't ask much as I know the price already so I straight away take RM50 notes to the receptionist. Then the receptionist say :
Her : Do you have small notes?
ME : How much actually?
Her : RM10 sir ~~~~~~No wonder Laaaa~~~~~
*I didn't know they do promotion until cut hair just charge people RM10 only
*So I just give 10 bucks and walk away.

Conclusion:

I know hairstylist earning 3:7 or 4:6 from the transaction they did. If 10buck only means they just get 3-4 bucks as earning. So is this the reason for becoming so unprofessional?I think so but seriously, they simply spoil the shop reputation. So Please go fcuk yourself DERRICK & TEAM for hiring such unethical worker.

*Just remember, there is a foreigner sitting besides me, also cutting his head and he bark the hairstylist like hell since they treat him equally like me, Thanks for that, I appreciate it ^^ so that I save up my saliva and also save up my happy weekend mode.

dun go those quick cut shops..........they very laoya wan, last week let them cut, cut like shit , fucukin ugly, even my frens oso laugh at me.....they duno hw cut wan, sumtimes its better to spend more to go to better saloons........its worth it.....

Haha, I know dude but cut hair inside the mall sure expensive, somemore still in Mid Valley, RM35 consider cheap already. ^^

That shop not consider as quick cut shop, that shop is a proper saloon. Maybe their action make you feel its a express saloon as they always act like they gonna die soon so they cut damn fast ! Haha, so you know it, BAN 99 that shop!!

Hey ..if you wan nice professional cheap service.. why don't you go to A-Saloon? I am a girl with long hair to the waist .. and they do provide me a good hair wash + cut and blow dry + styling for only RM38 (boys girls price same)

i've never change my hairstylist since i was 16... from the day when he was a normal worker at small2 salon, then he moved to a better & more reputable 1... until now, he got his own salon...

juz last week i went to his place and he only charged me RM7... the same price since i was in highschool... hahahaha... last time i got ask him why he never charge me like wif normal charges, he said i'm 1 of his long time loyal customer... he cut my hair not bcoz he want untung from me but as a fren... hehehehe...

and tip for guys... never ever let wiminz touch ur hair, their eyes really saks 1... the best to do men's hair is male hairstylist...

those chain barber shop like A-cut above , APT etc etc always had their student to cut customer hair.. u should request bro , i know that feeling since they do this to me b4 too .. i feels so angry.. !!!

mayb self-cut, like my dad, he very very seldom went to barber.. he got his own machine and got own skill & preference in hair-cutting... normally will ask my lil sisters to cut his hair, he giv direction...

but i never want him to cut my hair, bcoz he will cut according to his preference, not mine, hahahahaha

ask fren cut la..during secondary school most of fren can cut hair..just bring ur own tools then ask them help to cut ur hair

I always go to cheap place to cut my hair, usually cost about RM7-RM10... because my hair grow very fast..eventhough i dye my hair also won't last for a month...

i oni ask my mom to cut my hair. at most oni my friend that knows how to cut ever touch my head. never go to barber for a cut. even saloon.

I go to Indian barber in Penang, RM6 or 7 only.

this shop rm10 promotion being going for quite some time and it's service sucks to max. i never gone to a saloon to cut my hair in just 5 freaking minutes, yes 5 minutes. i went inside the shop, a female stylist (might be a trainee) serve me.

she ask me what style i want, i just told her cut my hair short since i already have my own style. she start by using a hair shaver, less than 2 minutes done. then use scissors to cut here and there, done and ask me to pay at counter. my hair was a mess, the right side and left side feel weird and not balance. she didnt even ask my opinion and left just like that.

but i didnt want to make a fuss so i just pay the damn rm10 and walk off to nearby saloon to re-do my hair.

Indian barber will kasi use machine, scissors, sideburns kasi cantik cantik no lari, hair blower to get rid off all hair, free neck, hand and body massage, free hair gel styling.

Blardee fool all these you can't find shit at saloon aite. Only cost RM10.

My regular indian barber cut my hair will take at least 20mins. Hre really cut properly aite.
