BTW, there's another feature on this car which I will find most people who went for the test drive tend to overlook;

there is a built in buzzer that will buzz when you forgot to turn off the headlights after you switched off the engine. Good for wimminz drivers. tongue.gif

and the door lock button will not lock the doors when one of the doors is still ajar.

This one my previous 1991 saga aeroback also got lah brader tongue.gif

Good work from proton, ppl need to have a little faith in them. Nevertheless, its not the engineering i am worry about, it is the qc.

Btw, flx se can reach 190??
*
Yeap, my 1.3 neo also can reach 170km/h with 4 adults. auto summore. Campro really good at high speed

Eh come on lah. I test drove the Exora Bold. I do indeed find the front seats are smaller than average. Even the Vios punya seat feels slightly bigger than it.
*
Vios space small, exora space bigger...that's why feel smaller wink.gif

the best small car with big interior is myvi and jazz.

myvi interior is unbelievable. esp rear seat. pwns inspira and civic
*
yeap. Because the car is higher so there is more space for leg. Kenari also like that

i have a question on cvt tho, is it advisable to put gear to n while the car is moving instead of putting gear to n only when the car is totally stop. Any pro here can help?
*
It is not advisable. It gonna damage your cvt. For normal auto also not advisable because you gonna put life in danger...no engine braking

Proton already test the car. No need worry so much, if they had problem testing they already fit in turbo timer before released to public

QUOTE(diablos @ Feb 7 2012, 12:46 PM)
Hmmm.... I am not good in writing essay here. Hope the following is considered review:

First impression when got my car, easy to start, no squeaking sound, everything looks good. The car is fast considering is a 1.6 at rpm 1.5k onwards. I went to penang, the second day, driving at 90 - 110 is pretty boring. the car is stable. Cornering at high speed at 90km/h is gooding. Nobody complain on the aircond as it serve both front and back of the passenger. I thought that side parking will be tough as this is my first time driving mpv. It was simple with the help of reverse video camera. But at night the ISO tend to be too high... I can see alot of noise on the reverse camera screen. The braking system was good. In 1 incident at highway, the car infront suddenly emergency brake as the front here having long jam. I was panic but manage to avoid bumping into him... it was so near. Alignment wise, it tend to steer to left. Maybe the QC of the alignment is not that good in proton, but there is no 100km/h vibration as reported by other people.

That evening itself was a shock to me. The car somehow cannot start. Luckily I did read some forum that they mention someone car also cannot start, lastly found out that the car battery is not tighten. same thing happened here. I touch the negative cable and it work like magic. Then I thought the problem was over, but the next day it occur again. this time I tighten the cable and it didnt happen anymore.

I don't really like the lcd, as it uses FM frequencies. There is alot of noises. The seat is alittle bit hard, but my mum likes it. I prefer soft one.

On the way back from penang, there was little traffic. The journey was smooth, I can simply overtake car without really need to press the pedal hard. Of course, the max I go is 110km/h.

One question though, the radiator fan seems to keep running after I off the engine only on the first day. But it didnt on the second day onwards. Is it normal?
*
I think this is normal behaviour of any campro engine...To cool down the engine or turbo maybe?
How long the radiator fan keep running?

Has anyone here already got Exora Bold Premium?. It is almost 3 months and I am still waiting. It is more frustrating when the dealer is not able to give an estimated date of delivery. All they say is " wait, wait ".
Please Proton buck up on your service to the customers.
*
Seriously??? My dad next week the latest can get, earliest saturday rclxm9.gif booked it last week
If it is Prime then 3 months reasonable, because they only do when there is order, if not they never do so Prime never have ready stock
Because of that my dad change from Prime to Bold premium
Which Proton you went for booking?

did u or did u not ON the aircon filter/"circulate"

I not sure...how to know? havent read through the manual book yet hmm.gif

btw, check already myself, the hose is okay and there was no check engine light indicator appear, so it must be the brake because of hard breaking xD cant resist to rev thumbup.gif
