My 2003 Vios recently changed the air con compressor. recon.
now when car not moving, hot air comes out. when moving, is cold.

Why?

How much to change a new cooling coil? The dashboard needs to be removed for this right? If so, how long will it take for a full check up and how much?

It's for Toyota Vios 2003 model.

It is leaking gas
