my aircond only feels cold when the car is moving...gets hot when traffic jam or parking.

The foreman mentioned that due to iam not using original compressor which currently oem only has 1 wire but original compressor has 6 wires, therefore the engine & rpm load is not balance. Got such thing and what 1 & 6 wires that he mentioned?
Then is there any chance for me to balance and rpm and engine load?

Hi. I changed my compressor last year (recond) and recently there is a knocking sound when i switch on my aircond. When i drive while the aircon is on, there is a loud sound coming from the compressor. Is there any solutions on this problem? Im driving chevrolet aveo.

Please give my quotations on changing to a new compressor and servicing the aircond.

Almost forgot to give feedback here! I am driving a black kelisa, hope you still remember me. Spent more than rm1k at the shop.

Went there last year around october, that time my car totally not cold after done air-cond service at a not professional shop near my house(sk) for only 3 weeks. Fed up & found this sungai wang shop, so go there & try.

It was checked professionally & gave honest advised for me what should I change. I changed a new ori cooling coil (because of leakage & overdosed of chemical by previous shop), a recon compressor(compressor very weak already), 1 pipe( have leakage) + full aircond service.

After 8 months, my car aircond is still cool, even jam or stop at traffic light (I used to think kelisa car small compressor will not cool when the car is not moving at noon time).

Those who have been tried few shops to service their aircond and still cant get it right, I recommend you to try a free check at this shop first. Although it is very far from my place but I glad that I went there, better than wasting time & money go to shops nearby my house.

Cheelam... I drive an old Volvo 940 Turbo. The aircond has always been giving be trouble and I have had the unfortunate experience of being ripped off by 2 aircond shops in Rawang where I live (tukar compressor dah 2 kali, tapi still problem).

Can I give you a try?

When I got my car years ago, the aircond was so damn freezing cold. It was like a meat freezer. Now, even directly after refilling it's just so-so. Other problems:

1) Broken drainage tube, my passenger side carpet gets wet from the condensation.
2) The last ******* workshop didn't even attach the dash panel correctly under the passenger side dash. Broken tab?
3) My aircond is leaking gas. New compressor, new hose... still it would leak gas from full to near empty in 2 weeks.
4) The aircond shuts off the BLOWER instead of the compressor when I floor the pedal. WTF...

Can I bring in my car? How long will it take to rectify these problems?

I have a Year 97 Wira and Year 09 Vios.

Got problem with Gen2 air cond & alarm system.

Aircond:  although just put gas is not cold at all after 3 weeks. just the blower is on. Also the aircond "knob" switch "on by itself" sometime when I start the car...aiyoh... proton excellence center also dunno what's happening...ask me to change the entire air cond system....can help repair?

Alarm: The key when press, no alarm sound but can unlock and lock. Proton excellence center change battery and then order transmitter... now tell me the alarm system has to be changed...for over RM3K!!!

After all that meddling of the key and alarm, now the fuel meter on dashboard doesnt move!!!

Used Proton Excellence center one time becoz I thot they know what to do - boy what a mistake!!! Will not go there again...ever. (Guys, also wary of what they say about their "21++ points check - the exec say he personally checked when I enquired. Later the Service Mgr personally check and found probelms after I complained!!! 

Boss, so much gd reviews of your company's service - can you quote me an estimate of what type of budget do I need to fix my aircond / alarm, keylock?

Not only were they excellent in their customer service, the crew were very meticulous in their work..they even took time to explain how the air cond system works in a car - with a chart and good detailed explanation!!!

I live in PJ but wont give a 2nd thot to drive there (again) if I have any problems with my other cars' air cond problems or add accessories....great job great service!!!

Been driving my optra 1.8 for 5 years now. No prob with the a/c so far. Untill hari raya day. The a/c would be cold as normal. But after a while, the coldness dropped, and became more warmer and the air flow from he vents also reduced. (Could it be an "icing" problem??)
Later, I switch off the a/c, just lets the blower runs and I can felt the coldness again (with the a/c off) for few minutes. And this keep on repeating (both long distance and short distance travels)

What could be the problem - is it icing issue/RCV valve kaput/not enough gas/piping problem/

Would a normal service (never had one yet) fixs/shows the problem??
