Good one available at samsung apps n is free for sgs II. But cannot be used on the note
I am also looking for one dont mind paying for it

Need to revive this topic. If you are looking free online dictionary, there are plenty of it.

But im looking something more. I dont mind download it into my SD card. I need a Malay-english-chinese and english-Malay-chinese offline dictionary that worth paying for.

I use QuickDic ... a lot of English to whatever language translation ..some more you can use it offline ..no need to connect to internet to use the dictionary...
