Went took my car this morning....

First impression...

Car no power.... step on gas liao refuse to move... like got a lag of 1~2 sec before car realise I wanna go faster.. then only move...

Stock suspension really very soft... take corner i dont feel so confident.

Power steering very ... er... assisted... lacking road feel.

Seating position feels abit high to me, if i adjust lower and steering lower... the console gets obstructed slightly.. hmm..

Overall, like those Camry/Accord... comfort car... go thru bump hardly feel it... cabin noise minimal... aircon quite good.... i think my wife would like it.


Oh... a couple of question
1) I got an annoying white sticker with bar code on just infront of my driver side window.. SA say is for proton to identify the car code without opening the hood... cant get it out de.. need go home use meguaire scratch removal.. grrr..

2) No tool box? I only get a plastic bag with 2~3 silver metal bars...

3) The carpet... is ... DAMN LAME... is this the original inspira carpet?!?! (see attached picture)

I go to my tailor at Wardrobe, Bangsar... but I buy my own material.. cause MUCH cheaper.. my last suit using Dunhill Wool/Mohair material... they quoted me RM4k+ JUST for the material, but I managed ot get much cheaper around RM600~800 only.

So upto you what material you want, as for design... as long as u have the design they can make... they are very professional.. the longsleeve shirts i do there.. all come with lifetime warranty for the collar/cuffs wont bubble etc.

Monday up le ma.... they get the K1 out this monday le.. the system problem only stopping the K1 to come out ma

Well... er.... wah where to start.. usually suit is use wool material... if u go cheap type wan they use polyesterday/wool mix etc. But a real suit is wool... do you have a picture of the design? Both front/back/side etc. If its not a traditional suit and something you dont wear often... just get some cheaper poly/wool mix lor, those 300~400 also can get le.

If its a serious working suit.. then I suggest wool, but since our weather hot, we use lighter material, but problem is lighter material lack body... so.. some use mohair/wool mix as mohair is coarser and give more "body" even for lighter cloth. Problem is mohair is expensive... u go for branded 70/30 mohair mix.. usually you get quoted 3000~4000+. If its say zegna, easily 8000+.

Anyway... bring the picture to next TT, then we discuss what is the best option for you lor?

Not sure.. I only attended 1 TT only... cause i no have Inspira I paiseh attend more

If you dont have a front/back picture of the suit.. then I would say very hard to do it leh... a lot of details wan... unless you understand the design/suiting very well then u can describe it to the master tailor... otherwise.. i doubt leh

I didnt test drive anything... the only thing I signed was today go to my SA place... sign the EO or OE form to receive the car... that's it. No pay single cent.. infact my SA need pay me some $$ caus eloan higher then car price hahahah

Last time I went to a conference... suppose to go up stage receive something on behalf of company... i mou *** wear jeans, tshirt, and a cheap jacket... turn out a minister is presenting the stuff, need shake his hand and newspaper take photo... kena fck upside down... very sad story....so now.... learnt my lesson... wear a decent suit pls!

If u wan... can bring u to the tailor... u discuss with them lah.... the workmanship for 2 piece is aorudn 1200, 3 piece is 1700. Tux i not sure.. never made a tux before... I'm not invited to those upper class ball... so no chance to even wear one

Ooo.... wan look cool? Then get a navy blue sports jacket with say white MOP buttons...

Or maybe a charcoal grey 1~2 button jacket, then u wear with black chino + fitting black tshirt. Looks like this lor
