arrived at 10am, register for service at 1020am then wait until 1145am, i cannot tahan anymore , go ask the people.
me: why already 2 hours my car still park there and touch nothing?
he: sorry sir, we need to check the part availability, then only can change for you.
me:when will i get the answer?
he: after lunch time.
ok wait until 2pm, still untouch and park there
i go ask again
me: why i waited so long my car still remain untouch?
he: sorry sir, the technician that responsible for your car is servicing other car now , please wait a while.
3.15pm tea break time again.
then finally test my car, park in the pit , i tot start to change the part, then more a while drive my car go out again, wait for 20 min, i go ask again.
me:where is my car?
he: technician verifying the problem.
3:50pm the people come to chat with me
he:ok sir, i already help you order the part.
me:so now will change for me?
he: no , the part need to order , not available now.
me:what? u guys phone me said ready to change the replacement part, but now i came and wait from 10am to 4pm, my car still remain untouch, and now told me the parts need to order? if like this why not u told me today is come for verify the problem, not change the part? u need 6 hours to verify my car's problem? why u guys work like this , if just verify the problem only why not verify the car first and ask owner go home first?
he:(keep smile) sorry sir, sorry, we will call you once part arrive.

wtf with this Proton, went 2 times, do nothing, waste time waste petrol.I suggest you all try avoid this rubbish service headquarte at all cost. i don know how to descrip these people, the attitude is like shxt, the car is good, but the service center ruin it.
