I und PruInfantCare is a rider that needs to be attached to PruMyChild which is an ILP. Is there a stand-alone medical plan for infant (or pre-born) from Prudential that's not linked to any life plan?

Basically if you take good care of your child and avoiding chemical milks, baby will be healthy. Just follow the general hospital's guide and you are good to go.
Rather than wasting moeny on insurance, why not spend more effort on making baby and mother healthy?
Once baby able to eat meat, always let him to eat fish, way better than all those expensive chemical milks.
