Expect some twists in this particular episode. If you guys want to see fighting, I'm sorry but there isn't any in this episode. Just download it for the sake of watching. Its not that bad.

Just wondering what kinda powers are wind element type of ninjas could do.

If the translation is correct, rasengan only 'alters its shape', hence the speedy rotation of chakras. It doesn't 'alter its nature' like how chidori becomes an electrical current from chakra. Well this is how its explained by Jinchuuriki sub of the manga. Ah yes Katamari. The girl with the fan. Although her ultimate skill was something to do with sound instead.
