2)Use your bank account to deposit
3)Log on to our website and enter the deposit amount
4)Start and choose the products/services you want.
5)Mark down the size, colors, quantity and relevant info and then add to the Cart.
6)Billing process
7)After the deductions of credits, Hoyoyo will contact the seller.
8)Inform you the exactly date that products/services will be arrive.
9)Log in our website and edit your consignee.

Transport fee
Courier products to Malaysia:
● Normal products :
- To West Malaysia: CNY 28 / each kg (around MYR13)
- To East Malaysia: CNY 44 / each kg (around MYR20)
● Special products :
- To West Malaysia: CNY 52 / each kg (around MYR24)
- To East Malaysia: CNY 72 / each kg (around MYR33)
* During Chinese New Year period customs department is very strict, in order to prevent the shipment from being confiscated, those specific products are being banned to import. (such as Liquid, powder, food, mobile phone, include battery products, toy guns, toy knifes, walkie-talkies, etc)
*Goods will be calculate by actual weight, not volume weight ( For air shipping only )
*Food, and counterfeit products can't be imported!
*Customer will be responsible for import tax and handle fee.
If product is less than 1kg, HOYOYO calculates it as 1kg fee.
After submit the "SHIP NOW" form, the next day will start to send the goods in 3 - 5 working days.

Note: If the goods lost during the transition from China to Malaysia, Hoyoyo will compensate a maximum amount of 3 times of the shipping costs.
* If the goods are fragile, customer will be responsible for any damage caused by packaged unsafely. Please make sure that the seller has already pakaged completely before sending.
SEA Shipping:
(For use of shipping services, please contact HOYOYO the reference prices are as below:)
-To West Malaysia: CNY 650 / 0.5 cbm
-To East Malaysia: CNY 800 / 0.5 cbm
*if product is less than 0.5 cbm, HOYOYO calculates it as 0.5 cbm fee.
* It will need Wooden Shipping Box if you choose shipping. The price of wooden box and the post fee added from the weight wooden box will be caculated additionally.
2. Warehouse rent
Warehouse rent (The first 10 days are free)
each 0.1cbm* charges CNY 1 per day.
* 1m x 1m x 1m = 1cbm
if item size is less than 0.1cbm, HOYOYO calculates it as 0.1cbm fee.
Express to all country:
if product is less than 0.5kg, HOYOYO calculates it as 0.5kg fee.
If (Length+Width+Height) > 1.7 meter, another quotation is required
RM114 = the 1st 0.5 kg
RM27 = each 0.5kg

Service fee and Other charges
Service fee : Each product JPY 350
Repacking fee: If product need to be repacked, each product charges JPY 200
Warehouse rent: free for 10days. Members should send the products within 14 days after items arrive to HOYOYO.If not,HOYOYO will charge each product JPY 50 per day.
Japan local post fee: If it's a Yahoo auction,please use 'Calculate'
Reference only, the actual Japan local post fee depends on how much the sellers charge.
If product is paid for by cash on delivery,member may have to pay COD charge
If the goods not purchasing by HOYOYO, Customer need to paid their own for the Japan Logistics Fee, Hoyoyo warehouse will not pay the Japan Logistics Fee or the prices of goods

Item will arrive in Malaysia within 7 - 10 working days after receiving from the seller
(if the item is big and light, weight will be calculated as: LxWxH/5000 )
