btw, note got a SGD60 entrance fee.
that one i guess is to prevent teams from quitting before the tourney even start, cos happen before, and then give other teams a free walkover. so u play, u finish either by winning or getting elim...then u get the money back. |

MBT lucky on the other side of the fixed tourney brackets which is done by aussie and which they conveniently put 2 aussie teams on each side with exile5 on one side and immunity on the other...
its like that aussie decided to seed the teams himself and couldnt care less about the other countries. |

even tho in general, 80% of the aussie teams arent as great as aK / iB etc...but still they join and play.
and population of malaysia and SG combine also way bigger than australia. then add in HK / thailand / etc...easily triple australia population... but where all the teams run to? |

Just use Humvee as stepping stone to that upper ledge. But if it's possible to reach there by Humvee then I think it's more of a brilliant move than an exploit.
TBH I don't know if riding MAV is really considered an exploit. Don't really recall the devs saying anything on that. |

From the First replay i can see their team have recon. Meaning they have tugs, MAV and Spawn becon which is good. If the whole team gets wipe out they all appear at the beacon covering their backs for the rest to spwan in, and using tugs to spot incoming enemy without having visualy check the middle all the time.
Saw MBT got 2 Engi, 1 Assult and Medic. So i wonder team 2 consist ? The middle flag best capture by soldiers. While their tank support middle, taking both flags is enough to win. Added on January 3, 2012, 5:45 amFrom 2nd replay is enough to see why they win. MBT have 3 engi and 1 medic, dunno the team 2 have so leave it at that. At 5 min they reclaim the site when MBT was capping. Suspect spawning beacon in another room if the team was wipe out. At 6 min replay, i hear TUGS. They put the thugs near choke point and spam gnades when MBT was detected. I dont think "shooting the building for rubble to cover their vision" is a good tactics since they have Tugs place around that area. Team Carnage win by just capping 2 flag and let the ticket go down from maintaining just 2 flags. I can assure that Carnage did not exploit by using the MAV or any other glitches during any of our Cup matches.
With getting on the ledge above A on Bazaar, we encourage teams to “think outside the box” as there is a simple way to get up there without exploiting. Carnage respects all of their opponents and we are thankful to have been given the opportunity to compete in this Cup. carnage-darkn3ss |

This is my virgin post! Nice forum you guys have here! =) I'm just here to let you guys know that, they are probably not using any exploits or MAV or glitch to get there. It's not an exploit any more than using the cars/IFV to get to places faster is. Or, for example, the use of RPG/toobs to drop rubble on people is. Carnage is a professional esports organisation, and we take our gaming seriously. We do not exploit, glitch or cheat, and any player caught doing so would be removed from our team.
And +1 to what darkness said - we're really enjoying the opportunity to compete in this cup, and looking forward to more matches and future events! The top-end BF competition scene in Aus/NZ was getting a little small. There are some awesome teams in Oceania/Asia and the possibilities for some great competition are looking good.
