I have my paypal account verified and linked to my Visa Electron.With some cash I tried to top-up my pay pal account many times for these few days and the transactions failed.

My paypal Account > Top up >Others Bank >MEPS FPX (PBebank.com) > Login (PBebank.com) and automatically a popup windows came out :

1. The page at https://www2.pbebank.com says:

You have been logout from PBebank FPX payment agent service.

I've asked the PB customer service and the branch too.They can't do anything coz the problem was with paypal.
My paypal account was linked to Visa Electron and verified. l need it badly for a purchase on ebay.So pls. can anyone help me.
