is ok.. but mostly it happened on lowyat. i heard a lot unpleasant cases on lowyat. all ppl die concept must buy at there. desktop clone buy at there is nothing wrong but if laptop please kindly visit OFFICIAL brand u wish 2 buy. now lowyat b'come "wai lao" place. the workers is from other country.

just be wary b4 purchasing anything from there. especially those certain shop.. i won't name it here.
