emm i just bought asus a43sv from one of the shop at lowyat.
Before i purchase at the shop, i check at asus website whether they are authorized retailer. Then i go those shops to compare price. One thing can say is that, because of HDD price rise up, all the laptop price also go up (around RM100). Most of the shops the retail price is RM22XX, except one shop is RM21XX. At first i thought it is recond (since there are rumors saying people selling recond asus laptop). Then i go back to check with Asus. They say the retail price was RM21XX at August/ Sep, before Thailand flood. Thus i confirm that shop that offer RM21XX is authenticated, not recond one. Anyway, thanks TS for sharing the story. It is important to be well prepared if to purchase computer at lowyat. not only survey the price, but also knowing what you really looking for. like everyone say, avoid those arab/bangala....... PS: Not regret getting a43sv, ice cool is really cool, except the speaker......haiz...labeled altec lansing, but not altec lansing quality....but N series should be better |
