So I ask the joker that is serving me, then he only acted like checking the PC then say , yes you are entitled to it. If I didn't hear his colleague talking I would have paid them RM200 which is not necessary.

Are you sure about this? When i asked they said that RM200 advance payment is compulsory regardless u r a goodpaymaster or not. Even if contact extension also need to pay RM200.
