Hey guys,i just want to ask. Does your iPhone 4S LED Flash is constantly on? Mine does,when the the phone is turned off,the LED is still on. Is this a problem? Thanks in advance

Sorry if i didn't explain it that well,my bad  . See the picture,the camera flash is constantly on,it never turns off. |
