I totally disagree.

I am Digi user then port to Celcom. Holding a maxis company line.

In fact I find Digi CS is better than Maxis and Celcom.

totally agree with you, here is my experience

celcom cs = like talking to bengong, ask them question everything dunno

maxis cs = attitude problem, like orang kaya 吃饱卖包 lcly

digi cs = so far no problem with attitude, all the question they can handle and very friendly

Is it true? Then whats the point of getting the confirmation email n q-ing for launch at KLCC for 16th Dec slot?

really can go and buy at the selected outlet on the 16th??my session at KL Convention Center is on 17th....better go to the nearest outlet on the 16th then..

so should i put

celcom=maxis=digi

coz i call maxis just now, everything ok
my dad call celcom, everything ok

digi ppl say bad... maybe it depends on who you get right?

never xperience celcom cs b4 so can't comment..

maxis cs = nt really helpful n even can argue wif customer as if customer fault (xperience b4) sweat.gif

digi cs = helpful plus i like their ocs.. those lazy to call in or having hard time calling to the cs, can opt for tis.. most of the time the cs is there to chat wif u.. it's a plus

This one I agree, called them few times and select my language in English and they speak to me in Malay..wtf is that suppose to mean? laugh.gif ...Next time don't need to have language selection la..Make it default to Malay.. doh.gif doh.gif

Those cs are probably the same bunch from TMnet since they are from the same company.
Another funny thing is, if you want english, better choose chinese, high chances they can speak tongue.gif
