No worries about the yellow tint, my previous white iPhone 4 oso initially got yellow tint, it's the newly applied adhesive on the screen, will be gone later. It shows the units just got out of the factory oven. Google up folks.

Another thing, the newer iPhone screen(compared to 3GS) has better color reproduction and wider range of blacks and more pleasing and warmer color. It's like comparing a cheap laptop screen (blue-ish) to an expensive one with better gamma.

And for those who asked why no 4' or 5' screen for iPhone, there were, in fact there were 3.5,3.7,3.8,4.0,4.2,4.5,4.7,5,5.1 prototypes.. but they didn't made the cut for production and Apple settled for what's best and optimum for battery life and thumb operation/usability...they are perfectionist and test like crazy unlike other companies that experiment using customers with various sizes of tablets and smartphones and fragmenting all the screen resolutions...for those who don't know the history, Apple in fact created the iPad way before the iPhone. They have figured out the right size for mobile and tablet.

They might relook into the screen size I think if they managed to find a new battery technology.

A friend working at Maxis said all first batch of iPhone 4S finished, stock will come earliest end of next week. Hopefully it will not be like Hong Kong, no stock for weeks until now!. I think Maxis over stock KL Convention the other day and left all other centers with so limited stock. I practically walked in and bought without Q within 15min on Saturday, all models available! I hope next launch we just visit where the main event is held and forget about queuing at all those centers around town early in the morning! Noting down for future reference.
