Are they suppose to get in the hall 1st so that later by launch event the queue not that long? Maybe the registration and document get done early 1st before the session so they just later sign n take the device?

Those with pre-launch invitation will get to purchase the iPhone first. So no worries on that.

Yes, up to 5 outright purchases but you need 1 under contract.

No you can't. You need one under contract, then only you can get a few outright.
