cheque deposit machine u mean? its better u write it using pen.
Usually it will take 2 days to pass clearing process by bank if u cheque clear which mean no pending at all..

its same if u using machine or go to counter.. just drop ur cheque before bank cut of time.. otherwise ur cheque will count by tomorrow submission..
