Well having something like that is one way to convince casual consumer to pick a PSVita over an iPad. else PSVita will only appeal to hardcore gamer only and frankly, that is not that big of a market.

They already started with twitter, foursquare, facebook and skype app. I'm sure there will be more apps in the future.

Ninja you seems very knowledgeable. Since Malaysian PSVita store is not available yet, what happens if we try to access a the store from PSVita using a Malaysian account? do we get send to the Japanese Store instead?

Haha, when I get my Vita I won't mind sharing my ID initially though, my Japan ID won't be my main anyway and all the rest of the info in that ID is fake except for the games I played

I posted this in the discussion thread so I figure might as well post it here, if TS find it useful please add it to the FAQ post.

For used game players, you are unable to earn trophies for the used game unless you delete the save file in the game media card. Follow the steps below to delete the save data.

1. Enter Live Area Edit mode by touching and holding an empty space on the screen.

2. in that mode select the "..." on the game icon that you wish to delete the save data.



3. a "Delete" option will appear, just select the delete option, please note that the game card needs to be in the vita when you do this.




4. Afterwards remove your game card and insert it again, the game icon will appear again, fresh as new.

You know how to read as in you know how to read the character? anyway the menu was mostly in English so you will need to be more specific on which part that you got stuck. Else I think it was pretty easy as most of it in English.

Added on January 11, 2012, 7:14 pmI read on neogaf that you need to redownload them. and you need to be on the same account on the vita.

remember that when you download PSP game, there appears to be a bubble, then you "install" them on your PS3. For vita to see it, it needs to be in the pre-installed state.

if you have a game that supports near game goods (eg umvc3), go into the game to share the goods. it work for me.

if you are connected to internet via your home wireless router, and is not using a 3G vita, register your router's MAC address here:

and you do not need to intentionally sync, you just need to set near to sync automatically and leave your vita to standby, it will capture the places that you been through, once you have internet access, it will upload the data.

remember to buy at least a 4GB memory card

FF9 english version is listed if you view the store with PS3. you can purchase and download with your PS3(if you have one), then transfer it to Vita

that 1G is for save file only, far more than enough

if you have R1 physical game, it will work though

R3 on PSVita got more content and generally cheaper price

nope, as they are different account, the PSV or PSN consider you a different person, so you can't use someone else's save file
