hey guys, just bought a used vita recently and gonna register my own psn account for it. a few questions

1. from the posts here it seems the PS+ US version is better, so if i want to be on the US server, should i go register my account on the US website? direct google search is leading me to the asia link (https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-my/home/games). or does it not matter where i register my account?

2. can i transfer trophies? am playing god of war digital copy from the previous owner's acc. i understand digital copies are tied to the account. he didnt give me the password to his account so yeah.

yea i'm aware of that, that's why gonna finish all the downloaded games first before formatting the card and use my own PSN account

after playing around with the system more, i guess my conclusion to trophies is it'll be loss, only back-upable to the currently login account, which is not mine. oh well.
