so um, i'm gonna get a PSV soon. and i'm wondering whats it to do with US ver, SG ver or JAP ver. isit smth to do about the credit card payment thing as in some cards restricted for US cant be used to pay if the PSV is a US ver. Please state other reasons if any.

if so how bout the games, will a US ver PSV be able to play a JAP ver game (i.e. disgaea, the jap one) or vice versa. also what's with the R1 R3 thingy i've seen some people posting about.

Lastly, the current price for  a wifi PSV set in MYR (some stores just wanna rip you off and watch you burn). And if there is other things you think i should know before i buy a PSV please do advise    thankyiu in advance everyone who tried to help!!
