If 2G should be no problem. Even when it drops to E, still can surf the net but of course very slow.

When you insert your DiGi Simcard, did you select 'diginet' as 3G connection?

The same way you create your Malaysia account, just select USA as country.

PSN card is like prepaid card to load values into your PSN account so you can buy games from the Store.

First to create US account, you can register here:

https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.co...vice-entity=psn

Note: Make sure you select United States as country.

Once created, go to your Vita, open:

Settings > Format > Restore the PS Vita System

Note: PS Vita only allow one account at a time. So, everytime we want to change to a different account, we need to reset our Vita using above settings option.

After you've selected 'Restore the PS Vita System', your Vita will reboot, and the intro movie will play.

Then, just follow on-screen instructions, and when it prompt to enter 'Sony Entertainment Network' account, just enter your US account details that you created in first step above.

One more thing, for above steps is applicable only if you want to use one account only.

If anyone wants to maintain multiple accounts, i.e. using both Japan account and US account, additional steps for ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION before changing account is required.

Example scenario:

- Current login account on PS Vita = Japan account
- Go to settings > [PlayStation®Network] > [System Activation] and deactivate Japan account
- Restore PS Vita system
- Reboot and enter US account
- Go to settings > [PlayStation®Network] > [System Activation] and activate US account

and vice versa.

i tot if u restore ur system, it will automatically ask u whether to deactivate ur account on the ps vita right?
*
Yup, but not all account, coz my Japan account does not prompt me to deactivate when restoring.

Anyhow, just precautions - not to skip activation/deactivation when switching accounts.

If forgot to activate, trophies will not be earned on that account.

I think got a few cases, when switching back-and-forth between accounts, certain demos cannot be run anymore. I think msnazri experience this with his Wipeout demo.

Yes, you can change to your Msian account that you created earlier. But do take note that any games that you bought from US account, cannot be played if you switch account to MY.

Seems like connection problem. Maybe you can ask 'Mgsrulz' since he's using UMobile on his Vita.

Do you have connection problem when using Wifi?

Haven't check the latest price, but my friend bought yesterday for RM1190 for 3G-Wifi set (Hong Kong). I think pretty much every shop in KL will have similar price range.
