Nope. Vita apps currently develop using PlayStation Suite framework and distributed through PlayStation Store.
But who knows in the future. It's a possibility. |

Just sign up digi broadband package for my vita....but....only show 2g up on the left....izzit 2g cannot browser or vita cannot use broadband package....help

It depends on your DiGi coverage. If there's no 3G coverage, it will drop to 2G and so on.

If 2G should be no problem. Even when it drops to E, still can surf the net but of course very slow.

When you insert your DiGi Simcard, did you select 'diginet' as 3G connection?
