i have been having left wrist pain for few months. It's worsen by biceps curl. Was thinking of getting something for the wrist. I saw that there's 2 types. 1 is wrist wraps and another 1 is straps. Which should i use?? Are there any difference??

Why not get a cast first and let it heal? because I'm having the same problem as u, instead I used a hand wrap as my cast instead.

Yup. It does. Basically, i had a kickboxing injury (left hand punched until my wrist was the victim). My master told me to rest, put on some ice, wrap my wrist hit a hand wrap and keep the hand elevated.
