[Problem] Photoshop CS2, color problem

This is my first time opening the photoshop, don't know why it started with this kind of color and can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Go to Preferences > General
Click Reset Warning Dialog Close and restart Photoshop. When they ask adjust color settings or RGB, click Cancel. |
