Those early batch has issues with steering rack.
Mine fail, fork out nearly 5k to replace it (import from SG myself). WingHin KL selling nearly 6k.
Rear Axle Oil, 40000km per change. Its affordable IMO. I'm using Toyota LSD gearbox oil.
Gearbox, using Toyota WS (World Standard) oil, change once in 20000km.
It has a really big engine though, nearly 8litre of engine oil per change.
A spark plug each shall cost you around RM120 from WingHin, KL.
The price of absorbers pretty much similiar to the one of Camry ACV40 (current model). Brakepad not really that expensive either, RM300 for front and RM250 for rear.
Dashboard crack can be issue though, as the dashboard is unlike those "hard plastic" type. Putting the hot Malaysia sun, dashboard can show the sign of crack due to age.
