Forumer you are complaining against: Kusut Masai

Item being bought: PS3 game - Uncharted 1

Date of transaction: 9 Dec 2011 transferred $, met the seller's friend on 11 Dec 2011

Details of the complaint : If regular Games section browser would notice, I'm interested to buy UC1 black label R1 for quite some time alrd. Then Kusut Masai pm'ed me regarding this.

Sequence of events:
1. On 9 Dec 2011, after checking Kusut Masai's bank account num + name against the blacklisted bank acc number, I transferred RM60 to Kusut Masai; he promised to post the game out.
2. Received SMS from Pelvin (H/P: 0164217310) claiming that he was told to COD the game with me instead of posting it back to seller,i.e. Kusut Masai.
3. So, I met up with Pelvin at Sunway on 11 Dec 2011 & collected the game. It wasn't the 'black label' I intended, but I had to take it cos my money had been transferred already. No use I say i can't accept the game cos he's not Kusut Masai.

My purpose is to get an explanation from Kusut Masai here on why the game was not the one he claimed.

1. Another forumer active in Games section, oth3rside SMS me today saying that the account number i posted earlier is his. Below is SMS from him:



2. Also, Kusut Masai PM me the following:


To Kusut Masai, I wish to clarify that in our PMs, I've asked u whether the game is black label or not, and u said "the one u asked from a seller here bro" - which the case is I keep looking for black label games.
This shows that the game I'm buying is not what was meant earlier.

To corroborate this, please refer to the 2nd SMS attachment in no.1



From what I see the situation is that you, Kusut Masai have been going around claiming u r selling black label UC1, which in fact u aren't.

Please prove that I'm wrong.

Kusut Masai intentionally want to cheap u and the guy that you bank in the amount into. Thats the fact. Update us if he got pm u and inform anything.

Please find attached PM from oth3rside which is self-explanatory.
I don't understand why don wanna clear up his own name? If me I will sure gather evidence to prove __ wrong.

but honestly i just post whats related. This case is somewhat different, not to say a scam...partially maybe? info-scam.
ultimately, the decision to do whatever is not with me.

Just relax, i also will not do anything else cos nothing can be done. just to see what MODs can do.
Anyway, blacklisting the lyn profile also doesnt mean much, can re-create again...

Kusut Masai was last login on 13th Dis, hardly can tell now if he will come back here with that id. The most we can do now is to list him into the blacklist thread. but plz gather more details if u both have. I will not put oth3rside acc to the blacklist as this is all about Kusut Masai fault.
