mina is good, popteen is good too (especially if you want those tutorials / pictures / slimming tips / coordination tips [mina has 1 every issue so yeah])

I don't find ViVi that useful IMO. And don't bother with CLEO and Women's Weekly and all that, personally I find them as magazines w/ too many ads, too little content (not that any content inside it is useful in anyway... don't see much tutorials nor clothing coordination inspiration either. Total bleh.)

mina = RM 10, popteen rose from RM9 (few years ago) to RM 14 (currently)

Or you could try Ray (the english version isn't that bad, it has quite a bit of fashion/coordinates inside plus there's a Chinese version of it as well)

Not sure about SCawaii, never bought that one before.

Edit: If you're the type like me that HATES Cleo & Women Weekly types (ADS AND MOAR ADS, with nothing worth talking about inside), stick to Japanese translated magazines.

Reasons:
1. more coordinates & pictures (gives you an idea of how to pair clothes)
2. tutorials for hair and make up
3. mina has coordination tutorials (eg. what body shape is suitable for what etc)
4. value for $ (no shit, you can spend 30 ~ 45 mins or more looking @ pics & reading through the contents. CLEO? 10 - 20 mins flip flip flip flip done)
5. slimming tutorials (exercises etc, even gives you recipes on diets, dieting methods, stuff like that)

Those that I would recommend: mina, popteen, Ray. Top 3 in my list. The others... I don't usually buy them so yeah.
