I don't think Celcom is cheapest. Celcom only gives 100 mins of talk time even on RM98 a month that is only like RM15 worth of talk time and at 15 sen a minute you gonna be paying way more than 98 a month man.

FYI maxis gives you RM49.95 of talk time at 15 cent a min aka 333 mins for RM100.

Celcom gives you 2 GB though. With Maxis 1 GB

Phone price more or less the same.

So choose what you want, more talk time or more data.
*
if ppl more data, less call, go celcom.
if ppl use more call, less data, go maxis

oh and who can clarify me that once the celcom quota is finished. no extra charges rite?
*
faq.
9. What will happen once I used up my Volume (FUP) per month?
Once you have reached your FUP, your Internet speed will be throttled. Your speed will resume back to normal in your next bill cycle.

it from celcom mobile internet, i think iphone plan still same.
