Until now apple has never released a beta software to the mass population.. this was clearly a rush job to get the 4s out before Christmas.. and SIRI doesnt use that much CPU, it could have clearly been released with IOS5 for the 4, but then why would you run out and buy the 4s? 
I personally love Apple and Iphones, iv had each one since the original 2g.. But now with Jobs gone, i have my doubts on how this company is going to operate.. its now "all about the money" then i see this being a downward spiral in the coming years,,,

sigh..this has been explain before..please do a google search... How SiRI works is that it needs to get samples of communication from the mass...not from a closed session of testing.. thats why it is released in Beta to the public..to understand the 'mass' better..
