thats sad right? hahaha~

so majority here is going after maxis ? smile.gif

i still wondering how will the battery life like = =

If you're unlucky, it'll suck. Mine's alright though. I can use for 4 hours plus, playing a few games, Whatsapp, web browsing, SMS and standby for 10+ hours with the battery life still more than half.

then your iPhone 4S is very special case, cause majority battery life drain very fast... my friend in lowyat sold 20++ SG units all but all complain about the battery life sucks..
*
Really? My friends have no problems with their 4Ss too. Perhaps there's something wrong with that batch your friend got. I've been running it on iOS 5.0.1 since I got it so I don't know if there's any difference between iOS 5 and 5.0.1. But compared to my 3GS, the battery life on my 4S is substantially better.

try to compare with the iPhone 4, cause iPhone 4 battery last longer then iPhone 4S
*
Good point there. I'll check with my friend who has an iPhone 4 and see which is better. But I'm pretty much satisfied with the 4S.

@jiro1986, what you say make sense too. Even though I'm using some budget telco, its coverage is really good because it uses the infrastructure of a bigger telco. In fact, it's even better than my Digi line back home. Plus, I use wifi most of the time so it helps to conserve battery life too.

since the 1st day using iPhone 4S SG Set is yellowish but after a month the screen not so yellowish already.. is it manufacturer gum problem?
*
Yea it's possible. Check this article out and read some of the comments below: http://www.tuaw.com/2011/10/19/iphone-4s-u...h-display-tint/
Some people feel that the blueish/cool screens are the ones with problems.

Btw one method to make the glue dry faster, on the iPhone at full brightness and put auto lock to "Never" and leave it on for as long as you like while connected charging. This will speed up the glue drying process.

Did you try that for your 4S? Any changes?

I've never tried that method but I've seen people who have and mentioned they see huge improvements.

From the pics I've posted, it looks like the one on the right when I purchased. But not as bad.

Had my phone for close to two weeks and its now like the middle or slightly clearer. By the time I read about the fix my phone screen was already much better.  nod.gif

Mine seems more like the one in the middle so I think my 4S isn't affected by it. Compared to my 3GS, it's significantly warmer. But to be honest, the warm screen is more pleasing to the eye than the cool blueish one on my 3GS.

I don't even game, just facebook, twitter and whatsapp with some calls and SMS and it doesn't even last 24 hours. My 3G is left on at all times though.

Maybe you should return it and get a new one. I only charge my phone every 1.5-2 days. I play games (non-3d ones), facebook, whatsapp, web browsing and calls and SMS. There's either a problem with your phone battery or 3G is the issue. I turn my cellular data off most of the time. What iOS are you on? 5 or 5.0.1?
