I tried a drive back from Alor Star back to penang, the road noise between SP and Gurun is terrible...is it be due to the road condition?
I have to ramp up my radio volume to 18 baru can hear the music a bit....

Or we cheapskate so we buy inspira lol

U should know there's a stretch in gurun using cemen road. Tht kind of road is very noisy...

PLUS for some reason uses concrete in that particular stretch.... thats y its very noisy and bumpy.....

This unker really familiar with the road up NORTH la...

Cost saving and longer lasting...only downside is when its raining its little more slippery

Dunno whether true or not, but back in uni my lecturer said the reason why some parts using cement, is because at the time they were building that section, there was a glut in the cement industry, price kau kau drop, so Gov ask Plus to use cement to help reduce the market overhang.

But cement is actually good for the operator, last much longer compared to asphalt. Thats why countries like China and US with extensive roads use cement alot to save cost menurap jalan.
